I just posted it. I commented on public domain textures right before posting. I put a link to public domain textures in my post. I love the site.
It looks really good Pam, love what you have done. Thanks for the link. I haven’t been doing much here, concentrating on other things.
I like how the texture put some bubbles down in the lower part and added the cracks to the rest. I think it is subtle, but a different look than the others. Is this your texture?
Yes, it is Pam, I did it with some Citrus Clean in a National Geographic magazine, it was a bit of fun. It does do some fun stuff. They didn’t photograph well, but now that I have the macro might try photographing them again.
Wow! I’m wondering how you got the idea to use Citrus Clean on a magazine page 😊. I suppose the possibilities are endless. I have done a few textures with my macro, but I had nothing good for today. Yours was perfect.
I have to confess, I was watching someone and they said they did that, so I tried it. It doesn’t work with a lot of magazines because of the way they are printed now, but it does work with some. The good things about these is that from one page you could get so much different textures, it is almost like a fractal pattern.
We subscribe to National Geo and, after Christmas parties, I could really use some Citrus Clean 😊. Thanks, Leanne.
Sounds like a plan, if you get some good ones, you know where to send them, well that is if you want to them. 😉
I have a couple textures I can send now, along with my MM image 😊.
sounds like a plan Pam, my texture files could do with new ones. I need to get out and take some more photos of them, or make more, I have a studio full of paints and things, I should do some things.
I used one of the chemical-based textures in today’s post. I appreciate your making them available.
How did it come out Pam, I tried to find the post, but couldn’t see it.
